A couple of things to keep in mind:
- All fields in the form below are required except the “Comments” field.
- Please try to upload a clear, in focus image without any reflections or shadows that might take away from your artwork.
- The file must be an image format (.jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .png, etc.).
- The upload size is limited to 10 megabytes – if your image is larger than that please try to resize it. If you are unsure how to do that, there are many resources online that can help.
