Linda Doll received her BA in Fine Art from SDSU and attained her Adult Teaching Credential from the UCSD Extension Courses.
Linda is a well known artist/teacher who lives in Escondido, CA. She’s primarily known for her use of light and for her figures and the stories they tell. Her washes are amazing and the light and shadows she creates are truly mesmerizing.

- Signature status in American Watercolor Society, serving on the Board of Directors 1990-91, and 2001-3
- National Watercolor Society life member and President twice as well as Juror and Chairman of the Jury in 1996. She has also earned the prestigious designation of “Master” Artist in the International Watercolor Society and has taught classes and demonstrated around the world.
Linda has juried exhibitions for the American Watercolor Society’s Annual Exhibition in NY, the National Watercolor Society Annual Exhibition, as well as the Members Annual Exhibition, Watercolor West and the San Diego Watercolor Society’s International Show. She has been featured in many publications including: Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in America Art, Who’s Who in American Women, The World’s Who’s Who of Women, plus a host of other honors.
Linda may be one of the most accredited demonstrators CVWS has hosted, but she’s such a down-to-earth, enjoyable person that you’re sure to enjoy her demonstration.
